Who can register?
Anyone who bought the ElliQ bundle with 9 months of membership on Walmart.com. There is 1 registration per ElliQ.
Where do I find my Walmart order number?
It is in your Walmart order confirmation email. You can also sign in to Walmart.com and open Purchase History.
What does the unlimited warranty cover?
Once you register, the unlimited warranty covers device issues that happen through normal use, for as long as your membership is active. It does not cover damage from mishandling, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications or improper repairs.
What is included with my membership?
Full access to ElliQ customer support, an unlimited warranty, and the Caregiver app so family can video call, share photos, and get updates.
What happens after my first 12 months?
Your 9 months from Walmart plus your 3 months for $1 give you 12 months of membership. After that, your membership renews yearly on the annual plan at $588 per year, which works out to $49 per month. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date by calling (855) 888-1295 or emailing help@elliq.com.
What if I decide to cancel?
ElliQ is leased as part of your membership. If you cancel, contact our support team and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return her.
How easy is the ElliQ setup?
