1. Sponsor
The ElliQ for Life Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Intuition Robotics, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
This is an ongoing monthly Giveaway. Each entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next; you must enter again each month to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete and submit the entry form available on the ElliQ website during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person per month. Entries generated by automated means or scripts are void.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that contains stories received during each monthly Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted within 7 days following the end of each Giveaway Period.
6. Prize
One (1) ElliQ unit and lifetime (5 years) access to ElliQ services (“ElliQ for Life”) will be awarded each month. Approximate retail value: $2000+. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will cover shipping costs for winners located within the United States.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of selection. The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond in time, another winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdirected email notifications.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and story submission in promotional materials, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (view policy). Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
